Your working roster is not on this portal. It changes late in the day, so the controller's WhatsApp message is always the one to follow.

Always the latest audited version. Nothing here is sent to you as a file, so there is no old copy in your chat to argue with.

Reminders you will get

{{l.band}} before expiry {{l.state}}

When it is time to renew

You are Singaporean, so the first WhatsApp reminder at 8 weeks tells you to book the mandatory test. Malaysian officers are told to start the Certificate of Good Conduct instead, because it takes 6 to 8 weeks to come back.

If a licence lapses, the officer comes off the deployment. It is against the law to work a security post without a live licence, and the company cannot roster you until PLRD confirms the renewal.

Every leave, off-day, MC and swap you have sent, and where each one got to. Read-only — this is here so you do not have to ring the office to ask.

To make a new request, message the ops duty line the way you always have. Text, a voice note or a photo — it is read either way and it lands here.
