Security Operations Platform

Interface mockup · August 2026

This is a working mockup of the system described in the functional brief: roster, leave, attendance, payroll and client billing all running off a single verified record of who worked which shift.

The screens are clickable rather than pictures. Use the navigation inside each one — the buttons do what they say.

Operations platform
DESKTOP · 7 SCREENS
Command Centre, roster and deployment, leave intake, attendance reconciliation, man-hours and payroll, client billing, and officer licence compliance — behind the left-hand navigation.
Worth following in this order
  • Command Centre — the no-show alert at 19:14, then Broadcast relief shift
  • Leave Intake — pick a request, read the original WhatsApp message beside what the system pulled out of it, then approve one
  • Roster — click a red UNFILLED cell; check the conflicts panel on the right
  • Attendance — the Timesheet slips tab, where a photographed paper slip is read and two lines are refused
  • Payroll and Billing — both drawing on that same record
Officer WhatsApp line
MOBILE
What the officer sees, and the reason the rest of it works: they carry on messaging the same number in the same way they always have. Scroll the conversation — a leave request, a photographed timesheet slip, and the two lines the system will not guess at. Then accept the open shift at the bottom.
Officer phone view
MOBILE · OPTIONAL
For officers who don't want an app: their roster, clocking in, and accepting a broadcast shift. It opens in the phone browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to chase anyone about.
Every officer name, site, client, rate and figure in these screens is invented for the demonstration. Nothing here is drawn from real records.
